Travel Diaries : Majorca
I have been struggling to write this post for a while now. Those of you who follow me on Instagram will know I went to Majorca/Mallorca in early July, well over a month ago. This post for me has been difficult to write because as cliche as this sounds, I had such an amazing time...
It was my first time abroad, my first time on an actual jet, my first time tasting Spanish cuisine and my first time meeting foreign civilians. Even as a literary student,
trying to describe the numerous adventures and activities as words just doesn't translate my experience. Hopefully these photos will.
We stayed at the gorgeous Sentido Hotel in Cala San Vincente. The location was serene with two beaches on the doorstep surrounded by cliffs. Quiet and relaxing, out of the hustle and bustle of Palma and Magaluf, Cala San Vincente is the place if you want a stress free holiday in the sun.
The hotel was superb! The staff were attentive, the food was to die for and after raving about the paella to the chef at lunch, I was presented that night with a massive dish of specially made vegetarian paella! The staff could not have been kinder.
Are you going away anywhere nice? If so, leave a comment down below. I can't promise I won't be jealous though!
