TRAVEL DIARIES : GIBRALTAR PART I

Evening lovelies!

I have just come back from Gibraltar and thought I would share what I got up to.
So, on a very cold and early Sunday morning (4 am to be precise) my family and I trundled off to the airport.

The early morning was certainly worth it! I rarely ever see a sunrise! Being able to just sit there with no wi-fi to distract me was bliss.

However, once the three-hour journey was over it became apparent that we hadn't swapped the drizzly Lancashire weather for the Spanish climate- It was raining!

So, since we had very British weather it seemed right to have a very British lunch; a Sunday roast...

Vegetarians and vegans look away!!
After our extremely filling meal, we headed back to the apartment, dropping off the bags.
Luckily, the apartment was facing towards the marina and not the road, we had a nice view of the 5* Sunborn cruiser-come-hotel!

As we had been up since 2 am, we wanted something quick and easy for dinner. Pizza Express was opposite and we knew that we would get a good meal for our money. Whilst, not being the most adventurous it was delicious. I ordered the Pollo Pesto pasta along with a glass of Rosé.

If you want to see more of what I did watch my latest video:

What have you been up to this week?
