WHY YOUR TRAINERS ARE RUINING YOUR WORKOUT + NIKE FREE 4.0 REVIEW

Hands up: who else has already failed their New Years Resolutions?!

Let me take a guess, the resolution you're failing is a health/fitness related one?

You're not alone!

One of the main reasons I was struggling with fitness was because of my trainers.
Yep, you heard me.

As some of you may know, I do Zumba once a week. Zumba is a high-intensity workout, which means lots of jumping, squatting, running etc.

Strangely what I found after the class is that it wasn't my waist, arms, legs or bottom that were aching, but rather my feet.
Week after week I would come home and find new painful blisters. After this incident consistently repeated itself, I decided it was time for a change.

Not only, were my trainers affecting the condition of my feet, but also my attitude towards fitness. The thought that after every workout I would have sore feet, put me off exercising.

Upon hearing great reviews for Nike Free Runs, I decided to bite the bullet and order a pair from Express Trainers

So far, I have worn them twice to Zumba and guess what?!....
I'M PAIN-FREE!!

Firstly, they are extremely comfortable, so much so I find myself wearing them around the house, almost as a pair of slippers!

In terms of working out, I genuinely believe you will not find better.

The upper mesh in the midfoot and forefoot provides breathability, alongside the insert fuss free tongue means that if you want to exercise sockless, you can.
The sole of the shoe concurrently moves well with the foot and has multiple grooves and pods for enhanced flexibility.
Primarily the cushioning is toward the rear of the shoe, allowing for greater protection on the ankles.

All in all, the science behind the shoe combined with the comfort means I no longer dread exercising. Instead, I am motivated to test the durability of the shoe.

Have you ever had any bad experiences with active-wear?
